The size of the battery capacity and the size of the current with the BMS does not have a direct relationship, large capacity is not a large battery, mainly to see the continuous current, that is to say, the larger the current limitation of your controller, the larger the selected BMS continuous current should be, with your battery capacity does not have a direct relationship.
3,What kind of charger should I choose?
Carp batteries must be charged with a special charger for carp batteries, do not use a lead-acid battery charger, charging with a lead-acid charger may be high-voltage breakdown of the protection board MOS tubes, resulting in overcharging of the BMS is not protected. The voltage of the charger for ferrous batteries = 3.65V; charger for ternary batteries = 4.25V * number of battery strings.
4,How much current should I choose for the BMS?
The current of the BMS depends on the current limit of the controller, and the current limit of the controller depends on the power size of the motor, for example, if the motor is 64V, 1000W, then the current is 1000/64=15.6A. At this time, the current limit of the controller must be greater than 15.6A, and the current limit of the BMS must be greater than the current limit of the controller. The actual selection process must leave a margin.
BMS common faults and troubleshooting methods
No power on

The current is not allowed
1, BMS B- and P- are two 7AWG wires, both need to be connected in parallel, otherwise it will lead to current error.
2、Use a clamp meter to measure the actual current of the battery pack, fill in the actual current into the parameter setting page “current calibration” inside; the larger the actual current, the higher the calibration accuracy.
Capacity is not allowed
